Erin’s Sunday Kitchen is a local meal delivery service, hand preparing small-batch, from-scratch meal boxes for monthly delivery around the Gold Coast.
Each month, we produce a limited batch of whole ingredient based ready-made meals (each with over 40g of real meat-based protein), organic Queensland chicken bone broth and a handcrafted cooking base, designed to give you real food convenience without the ultra-processed ingredients found in most meal prep services.

From my kitchen to yours
Erin’s Sunday Kitchen began in 2024 with from-scratch, protein-focused meals cooked from my apartment kitchen for a few local clients. Cooking is my passion, and I had an amazing time developing three new recipes every single week with fresh, local ingredients.
I was incredibly lucky to have my meals selling out within a few hours every week, and soon got to move into a bigger commercial kitchen and employ a small team.
My dream for Erin’s Sunday Kitchen to provide from-scratch meals around the Gold Coast was coming true — but I was still finishing my Occupational Therapy degree, and with more clients came more pressure around the clock. My regulars were missing out on the chance to order with meals selling out so quickly, and I was guiding a production & delivery process for over 200 hand-made and macro-weighed meals every week.
I knew I wanted to keep making fresh meals with no preservatives, but the four-day expiry date created pressure for my team (to get everything finished in time) and my customers (to eat them from Tuesday to Friday). It left people without meals on busy Monday mornings or late weekend nights, and meant customers had to wait around every Tuesday for delivery.
I knew I had to think of a better way to do things. I had trialled frozen meals over Christmas in 2025, with new packaging that could go straight into the oven or air fryer. The feedback I had from my trusted customers was great! Less food waste, meals ready when they needed them, and the same ESK quality and ingredients.
I knew that freezer meals had a bad rep from cheap and nasty supermarket dinners, but after years of recipe development I knew it was the healthiest way to preserve food and nutrients.
I still wanted to continue creating my own recipes & make amazing meals from-scratch with no preservatives for my Gold Coast community, and also reduce food waste, ordering pressure & delivery logistics.
Everything is still made, packaged and frozen by hand at our home base. I’m incredibly grateful for the support Erin’s Sunday Kitchen has received from the Gold Coast community over the years, and the monthly freezer box is my way of making these meals work better for everyone — less food waste, fewer time pressures, and real from-scratch meals ready whenever you need them. My hope is that we can change the way people think about frozen food, and show that when it’s done properly, it can be one of the best ways to enjoy fresh, local, seasonal cooking.

Yes - the meals are cooked fresh in our Gold Coast kitchen, and frozen at our facility prior to delivery.
2 - 3 months in your freezer, 3-4 days thawed in the fridge.
We deliver Gold Coast wide, including some suburbs in Tweed Heads.
Each meal has over 40g of real, meat-based protein.
The ESK box comes as a set menu, and meals are unable to be tweaked or changed.
We prepare our meals in a busy, whole-food based kitchen, meaning unfortunately ESK meals are not suitable for anyone with allergies or sensitivities at this time due to the risk of trace contamination.

Every ingredient is carefully calculated and weighed out by hand by real people! Macro accuracy is important to us and we try to get it to the gram (like you would at home), but with real food, there are always slight discrepancies possible from animal diet, farming practices or human error.
