About Sizes…
Portions are different for everyone, and depend on a lot of demographic and lifestyle factors! As with all things, it’s completely individual and may require a little bit of trial and error if you feel you didn’t get it right the first time. In general, I have created my bowls so that a size small is essentially a ‘regular’, and should suit most customers that are happy with a light yet satisfying lunch. Although I have trialled my sizes with friends and family, I am a moderately active 22 year old girl who has created this business to cater to EVERYONE - if you know that you would usually order the ‘large’ when you go out to eat, or have bigger days and need the extra protein, the large is there as an option for those who need a little bit more at a very small price increase. I am starting out by offering a lower amount of large bowls as I am small, but after my first few weeks will definitely increase my large’s if you need me to!
